Summary: Amazing property! Had my sons wedding here, easily accommodated the wedding party that stayed for the entire weekend and the other 30 who were at the wedding. We cooked for all 45 guests with ease in the well stocked large kitchen. The children with the group loved exploring the wooded area with in sight of the parents. Over all 5 star family experience!!

Summary: There were seventeen of us at this property. The kids really enjoyed all the things available: xbox, foosball, pinball, ladder ball. The house was user friendly and very well equipped with everything. We enjoyed playing together, cooking together and just hanging out. I would recommend this house with a great yard for kids to anyone.

Summary: This property is spectacular!! From the finest kitchen set up ever to the most heavenly yard to gather in and play outside. Then there's axe throwing and a hot tub and the most amazing tree house my three year old grandson LOVED and my 88 year old parents HAD to go see. It was splendid. I would definitely come back! Thank you!!!

Summary: Our family group of 14 stayed here to enjoy a Christmas celebration and ride the Durango Polar Express! The house is gorgeous and was decorated beautifully for Christmas! The configuration fit our group perfectly, as we ranged in age from 60 to 16mos. The playroom was fantastic for all our grandchildren (they loved all the toys and themes!) and the teen and young adults enjoyed the media room, ax throwing, and beautiful and secluded grounds for a walk. The kitchen was superbly stocked and we ate all our meals at the house rather than fighting large crowds, hungry little ones and long wait times at restaurants. Can’t say enough about this place! Amazing!! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Summary: The pictures do not do this property justice. The home was fully stocked with everything you could need which included blow up mattresses, extra blankets, pack n play, laundry detergent, spices, plenty of dishes, grills and towels. The kitchen, living and patio space allowed us to enjoy each others company. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We felt at home. James went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met! The 13 acres was amazing for our kids ages from 2 to 11 to explore for hours. Hope to return soon

Summary: Everyone in our party was blown away by how nice your places is especially our 2 grandkids they loved getting to sleep in the play area and all the other fun things they could do while they were there. All the adults really enjoyed themselves as well, and are already talking about when we can come back next year to enjoy your place again.
