Positive: Beautiful peaceful place and the on deck baths were amazing alongside the tuis and different bird life going to the feeder, absolutely stunning nice n clean cottage! Definitely a place to unwind and relax for couples! We will be back 😊

Negative: maybe something to zap the pesky mosquitos 😏 otherwise no complaints at all!

Positive: This place is so tranquil. Perched on higher ground with views of the Omaui beach, visited by the fabulous tui birds and nestled amongst the flowers of the garden. Bluff is just 15 min drive away, and Omaui beach offers peaceful strolls. Amy and John are wonderful hosts who add personal touches to the experience - fresh flowers, chocolates and bath bombs. Even the beautiful wooden garden decorations and bird-feeder were hand-carved by John.The outdoor bathing experience under the stars is a must. A truly therapeutic place to unwind and take in the nature.

Positive: What an awesome cottage! We wish we had stayed for more than one night. It was so comfortable, clean and well maintained. The view of the beach was amazing, as was the closeness to said beach. Very well stocked, had everything we needed. Great location along the southern scenic route, close to conviences but felt secluded. We would love to stay again, highly recommend!

Positive: What a beautiful whare, whare Manu Boutique cottage is, it has everything we needed plus more, the place is extremely well set out, privacy, comfy bed, shower is amazing, outside tubs a amazing even in the colder weather like we had, and what an experience to be able to watch the Tui bird's feeding off the nectar.

Positive: The home was beautiful designed, light-filled, and charming. The wind-swept, lovely beach was steps away and a delight for long walks. While the house is remote (bringing food with you is a good idea so you can settle in and enjoy the fireplace, the birdsong, and tranquility) that is part of its delight. I only stayed for one-night and wished I had stayed longer.

Positive: The place was beautifully set up to be a wonderful place for a romantic getaway weekend. The amenities were brilliant, particularly the bathroom. The access to the beach for a long walk or into the nearby reserve is also great.

Negative: There is an adjacent residence that is walled off but was closer than expected but did not really infringe on our privacy. The carpark had a very different feel from the cottage but was nice to have to keep us out of the rain.

Summary: Lovely place to stay, wish we had more time!
