Negative: The shower was not consistent regarding cold and warm water. But honestly, the rest was amazing!

Positive: We had an excellent stay at this hotel, everything was perfect, from the room to the food, but most of all thanks to the incredible staff. The team was always attentive and truly made the experience unforgettable. The room was very clean, and the transfer from the airport to the hotel was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back very soon! It was a real favorite for us.

Positive: Our stay went extremely smoothly in this hotel. The location was great, the room was spacious and very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. We appreciated it a lot for cooking some vegan food for us outside the standard Menu. The manager of the hotel was absolutely nice and helpful with all the information - she was always in the front row to help us.

Positive: Lola and her team at the hotel were fantastic. Attentive, friendly, helpful and accomodating to ensure we had the best possible experience. The boat crew led by George were also fantastic and the two excursions we did with them were amazing experiences. Super comfortable boat and very relaxed. George made it clear that there was no guarantee of seeing a Whale Shark but we saw two on the one morning. Next day we swam with Mantas!

Positive: The island is exceptional. Very helpful staff. Decent room.

Negative: Unfortunately, I discovered a piece of plastic in my omelette. They added an extra fee of 3.5% when paying by card, although when inquired about the possibility of paying by card, they did not mention this. The towels were pretty old.
