Summary: The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. The tenant who rents the other part of the cottage was very kind and gave my husband some good tips on the places we visited. Summary: Centrally located to see monuments, National Zoo, Arlington Cemetery and many great sites. This is a lovely home and beautifully decorated. This made our stay very enjoyable. We would highly recommend!

Summary: The house was nice. It was in a nice location and having the driveway was convenient. I was unaware that I could not have more than 4 guest at ALL TIMES throughout my visit. I thought I couldn't have more than 4 guest spend the night. It would have been nice to have our friends (who live in the area) over instead of going to their house all the time. The house was almost 80 degrees when we arrived, but after several hours and talking with the owner she was able to get the house to 72. She waited until we arrived to change the thermostat. We were also told we can't wear shoes in the house and roll our suitcases on the floor.
