Positive: Property was clean and mordern

Negative: Boiler has only 100litre capacity considering its 6 person capacity apartment. We were not told ahead, so when second person showered, it ran out hot water. Had to boil from cooker to shower the rest. Bunk bed mattresses were so thin, you could feel the metal frame under the bed. And it squeaked at every move! Uncomfty.

Negative: Having booked primarily for quietness , as advertised as quiet residental road, was. Disappointed by noise once in flat. We had the basement flat and could hear the people upstairs late into the night. Was woken early by noise from the road.

Positive: Decent enough for a reasonable price in London. Clean. Nice kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

Negative: Very limited furniture - no place to sit or put stuff except the dining table. No hooks or shelves in the bathroom. The "futon" is in a loft with a very low ceiling. No AC in the bedroom but with door open it got cool. Pretty far out from central London.

Positive: We stayed in the 3-person room for an overnight in the city. Overall very good experience, the place was clean and as described. It helps that everything appears to be fairly new. Air conditioning worked well (even though the system isn't very easy to figure out). Decent pricing, but given the size/comfort it may seem a bit steep. It may be standard in some places, but I was surprised the owners asked for ID information - they did accept a watermarked file shared through a secured platform which was appreciated though. Sheets and towels included.

Negative: A bit small if you're looking to stay long, and really has the bare minimum to be decently functional (mattresses are thin, chairs aren't too sturdy).

Summary: Good place to stay for short trips.
