Positive: Easy to reach the buses and the tube. Small supermarkets are nearby. Kitchen is quite good equipped. Good value for money.. The communication with the landlord was going very well and quick.

Negative: We don't suggest for 4 person ( 2 adults + 2 teenagers) at all. The beds were unconfortable for us. In the bigger bedroom the bed was not bigger than 140 cm and the mattress was not suitable for the weight of 2 adults. In the smaller bedroom the bed is not bigger than 120 cm, be aware that not suitable for even 2 teenagers as well. My son slept on the couch in the livingroom, the worst couch we have ever seen. It is on the groundfloor, no automatic heating unless you contact to the landlord. On the first floor there was renovation, very dissapointing to wake up always at 8.30h when they have started to work. It was nowhere written that there will be renovation above us!

Negative: We were too tall for the beds (6ft and 6ft2) as they have a headboard and foot board, but the mattress was really comfortable.

Positive: The flat was absolutely beautiful, modern, and very homey. Everything was spotless and well thought out. It felt luxurious yet welcoming, and the location in London was perfect. The price was excellent for the quality, and the hosts were so warm and accommodating.

Negative: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like , everything exceeded expectations.

Positive: The flat is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Very modern and clean with all the amenities needed for a very comfy stay. The location is excellent, approx 4 min walk to Queens Park. Super easy access and great value for money. Will definitely be back to stay again! The bedrooms are beautiful, kitchen is modern and very clean, I cannot fault the property. Thank you so much to the hosts for a great stay
