Summary: The hotel employees were very nice! DO NOT GET TRICKED INTO THE 90 MINUTE SEMINAR. It turned into 3 hrs and they were almost like trying to force you into buying a timeshare! The room was very small and the floors were badly scratched up. The dresser was very outdated and one of the drawers kept sliding open. Walls are very thin. Was woken up to the neighbors getting it on for a few hours. I wont stay here again

Summary: West gate caters to Timeshare customers. Front office staff continues to tell us if we need anything please dial 0 from your room phone. There’s no pool staff. I went to front office to ask for towels. They reminded me that they put towels in each room. So in order to go to the pool you must get the ones from your room or dial 0 from your room phone to request more. While seating at the pool you see couples after couples touring for Timeshare. You feel like an animal on display for them to see how our money pays for their property.

Summary: Property was decent. Only one hot tub for the entire resort was always full at night. Five dollars for a Gatorade in the vending vending machines is stupid and $17 for a small bottle of Advil is just plain theft.
