Summary: Everything was just as the listing said. In a nice part of town and close to boat ramp. Perfect place to stay for a fishing trip on the coast. The house neat and clean when we arrived. It’s safe to say we’ll be back!

Summary: This is a cute, cosy and comfortable house/cottage near the water in Georgetown. 1500 characters isn't going to be enough, but here goes! We brought a boat with us. It is an 18 foot bay boat with our Ford F150 - we were able to fit in the lane with a few feet to spare. The hosts let us know there was a faucet to rinse off the boat after our fishing adventures. There is lots of hot water and AC - two VERY important things for me. The kitchen is small, but very functional. The fridge and stove are high end. There is a microwave, and coffee maker as well. Off the kitchen is a washer/dryer - which is handy for emergency laundry needs. (But let's be real who wants to do laundry on vacation? Not me)!!! There is two bedrooms - one with a queen sized bed. The linens and bed are comfy. There is another room with 2, twin sized beds. In addition to that - there is a pull out sofa in the two living areas. The bathroom was updated and there was lots of hot water. PLUS!!! There is a yard, it was too hot for us to sit out, but it's available. There are ceiling fans for comfort and air circulation. It was perfect for a couple, but could easily and comfortably hold 4. There is a sofa bed that you could have 6 - but admittedly 6 adults would make it REALLY cosy.... it was awesome for us. I really have no criticisms. Check in/check out was flawless. Great communication. VERY clean property. Great location. It had everything we wanted/needed. We would highly recommend!
