Positive: Easy to get to , I had a first floor room

Negative: The entry door had a serious 3/4” gap under the door that a mouse, if was nearby and wanted to, could easily come into the room from outdoors without a problem. The tub faucet was either mounted flexible on purpose or it is ready to fall off the wall, but was loose. The tub didn’t drain well either.

Summary: Suitable for the money but would not pay more for the room we had.
