Summary: Super friendly and accommodating staff. Pet-friendly for a fee. Great value. Close and convenient location to access Lincoln Ave and Yampa River. Shower was a bit finicky (temperature fluctuation between lukewarm and very hot)

Summary: Our room was not clean. The floor felt like it was covered in dirt and sand. We found a full marijuana gummy tin and used kleenex under the beds. Our window that opened to the alley had been left unlocked. The alley area was very unkept and overgrown. The safe in the room is just sitting on the floor, so could easily be carried off (it's not heavy). There are no closet doors so the refrigerator, with the microwave on top of it, is sitting in the closet. The beds were nice, clean, and comfortable. The outside of the property does need to be cleaned up. . Overall, I felt it is very overpriced for the type/style and amenities.

Summary: Very nice updated hotel in downtown Steamboat. very close to shops and restaurants. Excellent location and the price was very reasonable. I would stay there again.

Summary: The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable, but someone opened our door around 8:30am. The only reason why they didn’t open the door all the way is because we had the chain latched on the door.
