Positive: The property is situated a little away from the market area which makes it calm and peaceful. (15 mins walk from the e-rickshaw stand). The property is nice and silent, spread in a wide area. Rooms and locations are good and there are many options for all kinds of confort and living.

Negative: Early morning service for Hot milk was not offered, it was raining heavily but they were not available any other way too. Staff can be more hospitable.

Summary: Comfortable, Short, Food is expensive.

Positive: The ambience of the place, it is serene. The service by the staff at the lower level was very good. Breakfast was nice, with lots of variety.

Negative: The staff at a higher level (managers) could have been more responsive and responsible. Some amenities were not operating like the mini fridge. The recreational facilities like TT and carom were open on sides (fully wet in heavy rains). The sound outside the DJ area was too loud disturbing the peace.

Negative: The food was not good at all. It was unhealthy and not tasty.We ordered ala carte paneer tikka masala and paneer mutter which was very oily. The buffet dinner was overpriced for the quality they offered.There is lot of scope for improvement in the food qual

Positive: Pros: Location is perfect, quiet and surreal. Perfect for relaxation. Many different points can be walked along the hotels entrance. Market is not that far, Amenities in the hotel includes, Badmintion court, Table Tennis, Carrom, there is a mini discotheque, Swimming pool. Food is good & could be made little better.

Negative: Cons: Rooms are too small, there is hardly any light near the swimming pool, which also becomes your buffet counter, so basically you are eating your dinner in minimum lights.
