This home can accommodate 6 guests and it is in a pleasant area to begin your adventure. It is located within a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway and downtown area within 10 minutes. The home has been furnished with comfortable furnishings though-out that blend nicely with the architecture and encourage relaxation. Everything that you might need for a pleasant stay has been provided.
Upon arrival you will enter the foyer to an open living room design. The living room is furnished with a couch, love seat with one accent chairs for encouraged relaxation. You can enjoy watching movies on a 55" smart TV with blue-ray player, Netflix or stream your favorite movies via our free Wi-Fi. The dining room is open to the spacious kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar, spices/herbs, cookware, glassware, silverware and dinnerware and coffee maker, everything you may need is provided. Just grab your groceries and you're set to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. There is a laundry facility with new washer/dryer within the unit and we supply basic laundering supplies.
Each of the three queen sized bedrooms are furnished with fine luxury sheets and bedding. Each bedroom has night stand(s) with lamp(s), a large sized dresser with large closets with hangers. The master queen size bedroom has a private bathroom. The other two queen size bedrooms share a common full bathroom.
Our bathrooms are fully supplied with super soft bath linens, body soap, shampoo, condition, and liquid hand soap/lotion with hair dryers for the convenience of our guests.
A private covered patio has a large patio table with six chairs, in a beautiful fully fenced back backyard where you can enjoy a relaxing dinner located off of the dining room. There is a one car garage and off street parking and this unit is family friendly.
Just pack your clothing and pick up a few groceries to experience a impressively clean environment for an enjoyable stay.

Summary: This property was in a quiet, easily accessible neighborhood. It was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Nicely furnished and decorated. Fenced-in backyard with cement patio, table and chairs and a grill. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owners very easy to work with.

Summary: This was a really nice location (in the West Valley area) with a bit of traffic noise at night. The house was lovely, clean, good ammenities and comfortable, we are used to a king size bed so struggled a bit with the bed sizes. All in all a very pleasant stay

Summary: Stayed here while we were visiting family in Yakima....the place is clean and comfortable. My family really enjoyed the back patio area. The home is a little dated and the neighborhood is a little run down in areas, but safe and quiet overall.
