Cozy Studio Guest House in wonderful Franklin Park neighborhood. Tucked away at the back of the property behind the main house. Small space with full kitchen, well set-up to provide everything you need for a nice stay. Nice private outdoor space behind home. Equipped with Wi-Fi and cable including HBO and Showtime.
Located directly across from Franklin Park. Join the evening walkers, play some tennis, swim in the public pool, enjoy the music in the park, or pack some food and enjoy an evening picnic.
Please note: there are security cameras located at the front door of the main house, near the back porch of the main house, and on the north facing side of the Guest House. The cameras can only capture exterior images, none face into either house.

Summary: This place was ideal for my trip to Yakima. I needed a quiet place to study for Boards Exams and this little guest house fit the bill. It was clean, comfortable, and under ten minutes to the testing center. The little kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and dishes, so no need to venture out of my little study bubble to feed myself. The shower pressure was decent, and the bed was comfortable. The hostess was the perfect combination of prompt and accommodating in communication, without intruding on the peace. Overall I can highly recommend this rental!

Summary: The guest house is on the smaller side but was extremely clean and has all the amenities. A very quiet neighborhood. Perfectly central location. The host is extraordinarily helpful and responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it.
