Summary: The location was excellent with great views and an easy walk into town. It was a warm cottage and the provision of logs for the fire was very welcome. The beds were comfortable although my single was very creaky! There were a number of large cobwebs around the cottage which should have been removed but overall the cottage was clean. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and left us milk and mince pies plus a lovely decorated Christmas tree to get our holiday off to a good start.
