Summary: We've been staying about once a year at this hotel for quite a while now. The staff are really great and the spacious Garden Lodge bedroom is a very good size with a super king bed which is pretty comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. The room facilities are pretty good too. The downsides are the need for bedroom/bathroom refurbishments and their breakfasts which we no longer have. It's an expensive (£24 pp) buffet style breakfast only so not cooked to order and their offerings are a bit limited and not very tasty for this type of 4 star hotel. We are happy to continue staying there but only in the garden lodge rooms as the water pressure in the main hotel rooms is very poor.
