Positive: This property was a fantastic stay! Suite 2 was a lovely room with all amenities and fantastic outdoor space, unreal views and such an escape. The host was superb with excellent instruction videos for entering etc. very attentive.

Summary: 100% recommend this apartment in West Hollywood. Lovely location and hot tub!

Positive: We had an amazing stay at this property - it's in a great location close to several iconic West Hollywood bars, and if you're up for it you can even walk all the way along sunset boulevard to the main part of Hollywood (took us about an hour). The area felt safe, and the property itself was quiet and secluded. The outdoor area is shared with apartment 1 but we rarely saw the people staying there over our 4 days and basically had it to ourselves, which was great. The on-street parking was very convenient. As for the property itself - wow! We were in apartment 2. It was small but comfortable, with a big comfy bed and nice bathroom. Microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle were great to have, and the Nespresso machine was a lifesaver for those early mornings. The real star of this property though is the outdoor patio area which is simply stunning. It's a good size with an amazing jacuzzi which we used each of our 4 days there, it heated up within about 30 mins and a useful "how to" video is provided by the host Daniel (who was helpful and responsive when needed before and during our stay). We ate breakfast each morning at the outdoor dining table with the hummingbirds buzzing around, and had dinner a couple of times in the evenings by the roaring fireplace. The views from the property over the city are incredible - we took too many photos to count at all times of day! If we ever come back to LA we would definitely stay again!

Negative: Not negatives, just some minor suggestions to enhance the experience for others: -no plates were provided which was curious given there was a toaster, knives and forks! We made do with the bowels and kitchen paper, plates would have made dining in easier :) -on two separate days, people came onto the property for maintenance (jacuzzi cleaning one day, yard cleaning the next) - no issues at all with this, but would have been good to know they were coming e.g. if the schedule was included in the welcome book. -no instructions provided (that we could see) for the outdoor gas fire - we figured it out but instructions would have been good. -there was a BBQ outside but it looked all locked up - no issue for us but others may assume from the posting that there is a BBQ available (we did - may have been our mistake), and no mention in the welcome pack about whether it's usable or not. -the suggestions for restaurants and things to do was great - suggest adding more local cafes for those wanting to know where to get their morning coffee! None of the above detracted from our stay at all - just suggestions!

Positive: We absolutely loved everything about this property! The location is perfect, and every detail exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, with a bathroom that was equally large and comfortable. The view was simply breathtaking. The jacuzzi and fireplace were the cherry on top, adding a touch of luxury and coziness to our stay. Honestly, it was so perfect that I wished I could live there! Positive: I loved the location and the ease of access of the property. The bedroom is spacious and the bathroom is great and modern. The free parking was a great addition. The room comes equipped with al extras from shampoos to coffee etc. Great list of things to do and see and the patio I am sure is nice in the summer. I was traveling for work, so did not get to enjoy that.

Negative: If anything at all, then I would say if there is a better way to regulate the heat? It came on at times where I was just leaving and vice versa. There is a electrical heater, though, so I used that.

Summary: Wonderful location, modern and stylish place, a great option for Los Angeles.
