Summary: The room was not bad the bed pillows could use up grading there was previous damge to the bathroom door would have thought that wolud of be been replaced before the next guest other then that the room was clean and comfortable

Summary: We reserved a room in the atrium tower. Paid a bit more thought it was gonna be better. We couldn’t believe the bathroom faucets. I could literally lift the entire hot cold and nozzle off the counter.

Summary: The hair dryer did not work ,the toilet made a high pitch.And on the right hand side coming out of the bathroom,Walter White step on a nail on the floor.He is 69 years old.I let the front Desk know of these problems.But sine I have never stay in your hotel it was great.

Summary: While the room wasn't too bad , we were not able to take showers in the morning because it instantly backed up and never drained. After a long road trip , we were disappointed not to get showers. Staff was very friendly and check in and check out were exceptional

Summary: Will not stay here again. Was expensive and outdated as well as dirty. Elevator was horribly dirty as well as outdated room. Fridge was old and smelly.

Summary: I booked a king room and the front desk person assigned me a double queen room and did not inform me. I contacted the front desk and they fixed it but wish they would have informed me as I paid extra for the king room. Room was clean and the casino is great.

Summary: Amenities left something to be desired. Wallpaper coming off walls, drapes falling down, only one elevator working. Always thought the Ref Lion was more classy. Sure was not worth the amount that I paid.
