Positive: The air conditioner was satisfactory.

Negative: I did not like that only one elevator out of four were working and I had to wait 15 minutes just to catch the elevator from the parking to the room on a sixth floor. The room did not look great there were stains on the floor that all it would have took was a little bit of soap and water to wash up. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The room was a lot smaller than the room I rented before. The staff when checking in I needed my ID I said just a second while I grabbed it while I was grabbing it they excused me and help somebody else check in and then another customer before I was helped again. The the staff that was helping me was dismissive and rude The second staff lady that helped me was better. At 9:45 someone opened my door I said hello and they shut it do they not tell us that when someone is checked out? And check out is inventory 11:00. Because of how difficult it was to get from my very far away room to the casino I never ended up going to the casino. I will not be staying again at the nugget. Prices were way out of can range for the quality of the room.
