Positive: I like the location along a quiet, residential side street from the main highway. Two restaurants are just a one minute walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The balcony was nice.
Negative: First I was in room 204 where the AC was horribly loud and didn't cool down the air. I changed to room 202 where the AC was not so noisy. However in both rooms the AC was located so high above , just below the ceiling that I needed to climb up on top of the sink to adjust the temperature ! The lights in the room were so dim that it was depressing.
Summary: Friendly staff and a quiet, convenient location.
