Positive: The endless access to the swimming pools and saunas. I liked the system they have with the braclet and you can be seated anywhere with your robe and enjoy yourself. You can spent the entire day in the water if you want. The food is ok. It's walkable distance from the Cave-Christmass market. There's a sauna with great view towards the forest.

Negative: The small pools with the waterjets are always full and you have to squizee in first till you "enforce" others to leave. Other than that the hotel has a lot to offer. Easy weekend destination. I would prefer to have more days with swimming suite for the pools and the saunas.

Positive: We got a very nice renovated room, clean and spacious. Good choice of saunas.

Negative: The staff during the checkout has been extremely slow. The employee was not able to process any guest activity on his own all the time we were staying in the line (around 20 mins). He tried to click something in his PC but every time (literally for every guest check in or check out) he was waiting for somebody from his colleagues to come and assist him. Either the hotel CRM they use is slow and unfriendly, or they let interns to work without proper onboarding and supervision. The checkout process definitely could be optimized (e.g. just send the invoice online a few hours before the checkout to enable self-service options).
