Positive: Great relaxing days at Thermae 2000. The staff is friendly and always happy to help you. We enjoyed both the facilities of the spa and the hotel room. The room is clean and you have everything you need in there. We especially liked the bath in the room. All the drinks were included in mini bar, which was surprisingly pleasant. We also received nice gifts (a face cream and a face mask) from their own brand. The pool area is big, not overcrowded. The water is pleasantly warm in every pool. We loved Turkish hamam and their sauna rituals. So many possibilities to relax like special wellness, massage or some interesting activity you find on the board.

Negative: The breakfast could be improved. There was no big choice of the meal. And we would like to have more “badkledingdagen” during the week.

Positive: Staff was excellent. Food was really good - not the pub food, but the three course menu. Lots of different Spa facilities to choose from. Some might need a bit of an update.

Negative: Extremely loud air-conditioning in the room. The cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities can definitely be improved.

Negative: I didn’t realize that the room I booked had no air conditioning (other options do). A mobile unit was provided, but it was a bit noisy and not very effective. Also, it would be nicer if parking fees were included, as it costs €15 per day.

Positive: The spa area is just amazing and the best I’ve ever been to. There are several saunas for every preferences, different pools to cool down and also plenty of sun beds and other places to rest. The spa couldn’t be better. The rooms were also comfy, but only a bit warm. The „AC“ doesn’t work properly and is extremely loud and can’t be used at night for this reason.

Negative: It’s a strange policy that you MUST wear a bathrobe everywhere in the hotel. You can allow guests to do so but it shouldn’t be mandatory to sit in your bathrobe at dinner and breakfast. Just let the people decide what they want to wear as.
