Summary: Good location, hotel is fantastic. Peiople was very friendly. Hotel is beautiful. Room are great, and even the bathroom. Breakfast is turkey style. Good restaurant on floor 5 and a nuce bar in rooftop.

Summary: The staff were so kind and accommodating, room was clean, and location (therefore views from the hotel) are amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help us freeze my mom’ ice packs for keeping her insulin chilled.

Summary: When checking in we faced an issue with the receptionist for an error in the number of occupants which was of no fault from us. After a while the manager cane and sorted everything out and apologized for the mistake. The receptionist was rude and was not happy even after the manager sorted the issue. She made the process very hard for us to checkin and said that if we don’t like it we can leave. She was rude and unhelpful.
