Summary: I had a delightful wedding anniversary stay here. Apple at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile, and the bell boys in the lobby greeted us with a friendly "welcome" every time we returned. We booked a North Wing Suite, and the room was incredibly spacious. The Wi-Fi was fast enough to handle my work needs, and the Jacuzzi bathtub was fantastic. The balcony offered stunning views of both the sea and the beautiful pool area. The pool was absolutely amazing, with a fun float area for kids—lots of children were having a blast. The breakfast selection was average but covered all the essentials. The gym, however, had several facilities that were out of service. This is a historic hotel, so it’s not fair to compare it to newer properties. Given its price point, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Summary: Location is good Pool is good Room is good Staffs are not friendly and unwelcoming. When I arrived to check in, nobody say “hello or anything”, only “Door man” came to help my suitcase and show to checkin desk. The I stood there about 10 mins while staffs just kept their eyes on paper, noone care customers. After check in, they not even show me where is my room, how to go there or any property’s information . I got lost and had to ask Housekeeping to show me my room.

Summary: Nice and quiet, good standard, great prices and near beach. Only thing to nitpick on would be air conditioning a bit too cold /not regulated properly, but all a great experience

Summary: Nice open hotel in 2 wings with large pool in between. Room are pleasant and airy with balconies. Convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach. Staff could be more friendly not wait for a greeting from the guest. Attention to detail, room maintenance, gardens around the edges. Overall a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Will stay again.

The pros - Location is excellent 3 big pools Housekeeping The cons - Lack of customer service Non existent pool attendent Breakfast wasn’t great A/C not great Overall we stayed for the location and the 3 pools but there are so many ways in which this hotel could up their game.
