Positive: We loved this home. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Bedrooms were comfy with many great books and games for our younger child. Having an extra lounge room was brilliant as it’s set up with a PlayStation which our teenager loved. And the back deck and bamboo garden is an absolute delight in the evenings - great for the parents to have an evening drink while watching the sun set. We will be back! Thank you!

Positive: There were 2 large living area and lots of smaller outdoor areas where we could gather together (2 couples and 1 adult) or have our own space. Well stocked kitchen, just bring tour own food. Coffee etc facilities provided. Pleasing homey environment, with well stocked books and activities for all ages, without being cluttered. Close to train and airport without the noise. Close to supermarket, food outlets and community library. Older suburb,, bit run down but the house was perfect for our 3 night stay. Especially loved the neighbours cat visiting the garden for pats ( mentioned in welcome book). Would stay again.

Negative: Bath/shower was exceptionally high walled. No grab rail to enter and exit safely. I have mentioned this in my feedback and they will be adding a grab rail in the future and information regarding step stool. Would not recommend bath/shower for those with mobility issues.

Summary: Comfortable family retreat near public transport.
