Summary: Loved this place! Absolutely perfect for our needs. After running around the desert in our Jeeps, we enjoyed a nice dinner, evening and breakfast in the morning. Comfortable for four couples.

Summary: Felicia is a great host! She communicates well and in a timely manner. The house is nice, spacious and clean. The open floor plan was great for my toddler nephew to run/walk around and play. The pool table is a fun way to end the night. Nice sized TVs in all rooms with Netflix was a huge plus! The individual air conditioners in room are a little loud, but when it’s 100+ you definitely need them. It’s also nice to have the individuals so each room can sleep at their comfort level. Overall, it was the perfect accommodation for our family trip to Parker!

Summary: The house was cute, could done without the things hanging in the bedroom. There were no instructions for checkout until after we had already left. Door from main bedroom to bathroom is extremely small. Bathroom mirror on separate wall from sink was ackward for curling hair and doing makeup. It was a great size for family. Loved sitting out on the patio. No backyard for dogs so I wouldn’t recommend taken a dog with you. Not much parking but there’s additional parking a little way down the street. Neighbor was very friendly. It was a nice weekend. Thank you
