A large glass sliding door leads the way out onto the sun terrace, ideally suited for relaxed days and cosy lunches. Nicely furnished living area with a three-seater couch, a beanbag chair, a satellite TV with British channels, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo. Further details: three-storey house (souterrain). Entrance on the second floor. The bedroom is located on the upper floor; the kitchen is located on the rear of the house facing the terrace. Electrical oil heating in all rooms. Summary: This property is in an amazing location with views overlooking the mountains. Everyday we sat on the patio and looked at the view and enjoyed the piece and quiet. This house 🏠 is just over an hour and a bit from the sea and also in a location to see castles and other historical sites.
