Positive: It was quiet, easy to get to, and the amenities were perfect for what we needed. My group and I felt comfortable and safe the entire weekend. Our host was extremely responsive and check-in and check-out were easy and clear. Had no issues finding things in the kitchen and there were plenty of dishes and supplies for us to use. Lots of beds for a large group and it didn’t seem like people were fighting to use the bathroom.

Negative: These aren’t really things we didn’t like but some suggestions: Would be great to have lights by the grill area to see when it’s dark out. Would also be great to have lights along the driveway to help see when it’s dark out.

Summary: We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and this listing was large enough for our group and close enough to the New Yo

Positive: We loved having hot tub, loved the oversized deck and assortment of seating outside. Liked having firepit on deck as well. Liked the eclectic decorations in house.

Negative: The grass needed cutting very badly. Felt that the warning signs on deck for the step down need to be redone with a very reflective strip along whole rim of upper decking. Several of us almost fell because the decks blend in so much...one of my nephews did fall but didn't get hurt. In the one bedroom nearest to bathroom upstairs , the bed squeaked everytime we moved but mattress was comfy!
