This spacious 1 bedroom daylight basement apartment is located within my home with an outside entrance and a locked door between the apartment and my portion of the home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, Coffee maker and complimentary Walla Walla Roastery Coffee, and a variety of herbal teas. I have included some basic spices for your use while you are here.
The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, towels and complimentary hotel sized shampoo, conditioner. soap and toothbrush with single use toothpaste is available if you forgot yours!
In addition to the games you see in the living room, there are more games and puzzles available in the hallway closet.
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Walla Walla University Campus and within 1 block of bus stop for Valley Transit which is free for the summer.
This location has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed. You may add an additional 2 guests with air mattress's either in twin or double-- bedding provided. The price listed per night is for 2 guests, each additional guest is $10 per night.

Summary: My wife and I were visiting our daughter and two grandsons in the area. The accommodations were perfect. Because my daughter's apartment is very small, it was convenient to have her ad the boys come to the VRBO for several hours at a time. We greatly appreciated the comfy, homey feel of this rental!

Summary: Kimberley was very prompt with responses. She brought extra soap within minutes. The apartment was very well stocked and spacious. Even fresh coffee beans & a grinder. There is a floral fragrant that is powerful & would be difficult for anyone with sensitive allergies. Maybe choose fragrance free cleaners. Hot water takes a very long time.

Summary: A bit noisier than other basement units we have stayed in, but probably more a factor of age of property than habits of upstairs residents. A good basic unit at a good value.

Summary: It was the 1st time we stayed in a daylight basement apt. The upstairs area was Quiet. The plants needed to be sprayed for aphids, kitchen sink mat would prevent dishes getting broke, a couple of recliners instead of a big sofa. Very nice host and family!
