Less than 20 miles to Loretta Lynn's Ranch and the Tennessee River. Manufactured home on permanent foundation on 5.5 acres. Plenty of parking available for boats and other trailers. Back deck with fire pit overlooking woods. Small front yard fenced for pets. Fully furnished including washer/dryer. 3 bedrooms furnished (master has a king bed and the other bedrooms have full). Sofa available is comfortable to sleep on as well. Wi-fi throughout which allows streaming to your favorite channels. Flat screen TV's.

Summary: The location was just outside of town but just minutes to town to get what was needed. I stayed here for moving my son for NALTC school. Perfect spot and the hike was extremely clean!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for a wedding and this stay was so homey and much nicer than a hotel stay would have been. The property was exactly as described and pictured and our host Karin was easy to reach and very helpful. Will stay here again if we come back!
