Nestled amongst mature cedars and evergreens and only steps away from the waters edge, this cottage features all the amenities one could imagine.

This unique location provides guests with wonderful water views and beautiful scenery. Located on the Burnt River that is part of the Trent Severn Waterway provides great weed free swimming right off the dock. Fenelon Falls is a short 10 minute drive for all provisions and local boutiques.

The cottage is well equipped, with a beautiful open concept kitchen and dining space along side a cozy living area to relax on rainy days. Numerous books, board games and DVD's for all ages are available. The space finishes off with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Perfect for toys such as ATV & Snowmobiles with many trails just down the road. Sandy area, perfect for volleyball or other outdoor activities. Take a day trip out to Bobcaygeon to enjoy some of the best ice cream from Kawartha Dairy
