Positive: We had a wonderful time in Paris. Excellent apartment, very nice hostess. The apartment had everything you need for a stay with your family.There is a private garden where a cute rabbit and a friendly cat live 😊 The metro station is about 8 minutes walk away.

Positive: Very clean and super nice place for stay. All needed for the family with kids are in the home, host is very nice. Check-in and out was smooth with communication. Loved the garden, pets. Reachable to all tourist places by RER / Bus (bit of travel, but worth it) Will recommend for sure and comeback.

Positive: The flat was clean, well equipped. The owner has left us coffe pods/jam/tea. Location is good, close to the train station. The owner was also flexible around check in times was kind and communicated clearly with us.

Negative: Parking was a bit challenging on the street, it can get busy.

Positive: This place is just 5-6 min walk from an RER station. It is a new and modern flat in the lower floor of an older house where the owners live. It had enough space for two adults and two kids like us. There is a charming terrace with a small garden inhabited by a cat. The kitchen has the basic equipment and it was stocked with salt, pepper, oil, even some pasta and bread and butter. When we needed a larger bowl, we got it from the owners on request. The bathroom was fine, with some shampoo in the shower. The wifi worked fine most of the time, with a couple of minor interruptions in the morning only. The table football was an extra advantage for the kids. The owners answered all the questions that we asked in French or in English.

Negative: There comes quite some loud noise from the street in early mornings. Also, be aware that the whole flat is in practice one room with no doors between different parts of the flat. We think this is somewhat misleading in the description of the apartment which says it has "1 separate bedroom". It is not separate.
