Positive: The hosts mom was super nice and helpful. The view in the morning was astonishing.its very private and It's perfect for families too.

Negative: It took a while to settle, first the door wasn't locking and second it took a while to get the water to heat up for a shower. But the host was very helpful to make sure we are satisfied.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful host.The host and her husband were in contact with us as we approached their cottage to make sure we did not get lost. We met at the property and were shown how to access the key. It's in a key box next to the door and you use a code. Very convenient. The road up to the cottage was snow covered and we had to walk a bit to the cottage, but it was all good to walk in the snow. We loved it. We loved the location. There was just snow all around and the kids enjoyed it very much. They even made their own slide down the hill right next to the cottage, and there was enough space in the yard to make lost of snow angels. There's a very nice affordable restaurant within walking distance from the property, called The Object. I recommend you eat there every time as their prices are very affordable and the food is really good. My new favorite dish is Ostri. We also took a walk through the town and were met with lots of friendly cows and dogs. We went to Kobi, the little town just next to Setpantsminda and took the cable car all the way to the top of the mountain and down to the Gudauri ski resort and enjoyed some skiing. All worth it. We would hope to visit again, maybe in the summer so we can do a bit more hiking.
