Summary: Breakfast need to start earlier. If room comes with breakfast option, then, there should be a free option for a takeaway breakfast if the restaurant is not opened early enough. The attached shopping mall is boring. So being attached to a shopping mall is no longer an attraction. Friendly staff. Cowboy hats make the door men interesting and different. The green and yellow decorations look cheap and childish.

Summary: We only stayed 1 night on our way to Hat Yai from Singapore. As an EV driver, I appreciated the 6 L2/destination charger unit stall in the mall garage.

Summary: All the staff are courteous and show service excellence. The room I stayed was comfortable, clean and had amenities like a drinking water tap. The safe malfunctioned but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue. A simple upgrade that would be welcomed is to have a few USB points since many devices need charging by USB these days.

Summary: Good location. Not too far from places to walk and eat. Frontdesk and Conciege staff are friendly and helpful in general. Buffet breakfast has enough variety but speed of refilling food is bit slow.
