Summary: A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies from the receptionist.

Summary: The check-in should not be on the 12th. It is incredibly inconvenient. The check in was a hour late and only offered coffee for the trouble. There are some weird design choices but overall a nice hotel.

Summary: Just a quick overnight stay at a budget hotel. Good value for your money. Clean and quiet inside with a convenient market on the ground floor. Did not walk around the area but looking out of the window of my room there appears to be a paved walking path along the Kinta River banks with a pedestrian bridge connecting both banks. Did not try the on-site restaurant. Parking is not on-site but shuttle is available to and from hotel.

Summary: The room is newly refurbished and very tastefully decorated. There is enough room for 4 people and everything is very clean. Also, the parking lot staff is very friendly as is everybody else. There is a 7/11 store right in the hotel building which is very convenient. Altogether, a perfect place for your stay in Ipoh as everything is easily accessible in walking distance!
