Positive: Very friendly and helpful host. Amazing room with a lovely view of the canal and Sassenpoort from the windows.

Negative: I found the traffic noise keeping me awake at first, but still had a good sleep after I got used to it.

Positive: Spacious, beautifully furnished, very clean room in pleasant part of town centre. Small private bathroom, not en suite, but directly next to the bedroom. Swift and helpful communication with the landlord.

Positive: Great location 10 mins walk from the station and very close to the centre. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was very nice and all was very clean. Nice tea and coffee facilities and water and cola in the fridge which was a lovely touch! Easy access to the property and very good and efficient communication.

Negative: The traffic is very noisy 🥴 I’m a light sleeper so I had a poor sleep - bring ear plugs

Positive: The location is excellent, with stunning scenery and a beautiful river view right outside the window. The stairs and the walls of the room are decorated with reproductions of famous paintings, among which I recognized Rembrandt’s The Night Watch and Van Gogh’s Blossoming Pear Tree. The room is well stocked with drinking water and coffee capsules, and the bed is large and very comfortable. The host is extremely kind and welcoming, personally coming by to ask if we had any questions or needs. Zwolle is truly beautiful—the scenery is wonderful, and so are the people here.

Summary: Next time I come to Zwolle, I hope I can book this hotel again.
