Verrassend unieke jaren '30 tussenwoning met 135m2 woonoppervlak, drie slaapkamers en tuin met achterom grenzend aan stadspark(je) met speeltuin, grasveld en bosschage.
De begane grond is maar liefst 18 meter diep. Er is een dakopbouw geplaatst waardoor de woning beschikt over drie royale slaapkamers. De woning beschikt over een luxe badkamer met meerpersoons bad met jetstralen en separate douche. Er is een leuke tuin gelegen op het Noordoosten met achterom aanwezig en een dakterras.
De indeling is als volgt:
Begane grond: Entree; hal met meterkast; eetkamer met pellet kachel en houten vloer; hoekkeuken met gaskookplaat, afzuigkap, vaatwasser en oven; toilet; bergruimte met wasmachine; via vier traptreden bereikt u de woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar de tuin. Vanuit de woonkamer kijkt u over de tuin naar het achterliggende park. Door de lichtstraat in de keuken, het zijraam in de woonkamer en de grote raampartij aan de achterkant, is er een prettige lichtinval.
1e verdieping: Via de houten trap bereikt u de overloop met toegang tot één grote slaapkamer met tweepersoons bed. Verder is er een luxe badkamer voorzien van een meerpersoons bad met jetstralen, separate douche, tweede toilet, wastafel en deur met toegang tot het dakterras.
2e verdieping: Middels een vaste trap bereikt u de bovenste woonlaag. Deze is verdeeld in twee royale slaapkamers. Op de eerste kamer staan twee eenpersoons bedden (dit staat niet op de foto). Op de tweede kamer staat één eenpersoons bed.
De woning ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Zwolle, het station en supermarkten. Het huis ligt centraal, maar het besloten stadsparkje achter het huis geeft toch het gevoel van een 'rustig verblijf'. Daarnaast ligt het Weezenlandenpark met kinderboerderij ook op loopafstand.

Summary: Good location to visit Zwolle. Spacious and clean. Towels supplied but very on the small size. Stairs to upper floors very steep. Bed linen clean but rumpled and bed on top floor wasn’t made up although linen provided. Good communication from owner, who arranged early check in.
