Cozy four bedroom, three bath lake house, privately situated on almost 2 acres of Aiken Point, with a private dock and private sandy beach. Built in the 1930s as a summer residence for a wealthy Massachusetts family, this house maintains all the charm of that era, with all modern appliances in the kitchen. It is a quiet setting (you can hear the loons call), with lake views from most of the windows and views of the mountains from the yard.
Upstairs is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bath. A second master bedroom with queen-size bed shares a large bathroom with a bedroom containing two twin-beds. There are great views of the lake from the upstairs bedrooms.
Downstairs is a bedroom with a with pyramid bed (bunk bed with one on top, two below), and single-bed, with a small bathroom and shower across the hall. There is a large kitchen, with plenty of counter space and breakfast nook, butler's pantry, and laundry area. The formal dining room and living room have water views.
There is also a screened porch with comfortable seating and dining furniture, and great views of the lake. You will not be disappointed in our beautiful waterfront home.

Summary: Very comfortable home on the lake with a resident bald eagle and the sound of loons in the background. House is very well stocked with everything needed for meals at home. Plenty of room for the whole family and the dog!

Summary: We very much enjoyed on stay on Webster Lake at this property. I would recommend this property and the only thing that we wish we knew was that the outdoor grill was not functioning. We had brought it up to the caretaker and he said he had already ordered a new grill. Other than that the location and overall home is set up very well and we very much enjoyed our time there,

Summary: Excellent location on Webster Lake. The lake seemed clean, saw loons. The most well stocked kitchen with pots, pans and glassware ever! Very clean. An older vintage home. WiFi not high speed. Washer and dyer new. AC and tvs in all bedrooms. We didn't watch tv. Adequate hot water and pressure okay. No water toys, need to bring your own. Sandy beach and nice dock on opposite side of point. Plenty of parking. Excellent for well behaved dogs. Ours didn't want to leave! Caretakers very pleasant and helpful.

Summary: What a lovely little peninsula of paradise! We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nicely appointed with all the comforts of home. Our only complaint is that we didn't have more time to spend here! Would definitely stay again in the future.

Summary: Our family got together with a 1 yr old and a 4 year old, and the house worked out great. We did not have good weather, so that was disappointing, but we found plenty do... the house is well equipped (expect for linens and blankets, as described in the listing). Our family was very happy with the sleeping arrangements, and would happily return. The point is very private and the sandy beach is perfect for little ones. All the basics are provided and much appreciated!

Summary: This was our second trip to this wonderful place. It is a great place for family to meet and just have a great time. The house is like home with every amenity you need plus it just creates a great space for family events. We met our 3 adult children there and enjoyed the location but mostly just cooking and eating together, playing games and conversation. Our family makes the stay special but this home contributes in so many ways

Summary: We loved the house, there was plenty of room for 10 Adults, the open floor plan in back between the family Room and Dining Area allowed us to be all together. The Screened in Porch as well as the Sunroom area were also great. You'll have plenty of space and privacy in and around this Lakefront Home. The Caretaker and owner were easy to get ahold of and communicated everything well. You can't go wrong.
