Positive: Was exactly like the photos. Everything was as expected. We didn’t spend a lot of time there but the extensive garden is a plus for those wanting to spend time at the property.

Negative: Would have liked to have known in advance that there isn’t any shampoo, conditioner or body wash/soap in the showers. A hairdryer would have also been welcomed

Positive: The cottage is set in a beautiful garden and very tastefully decorated. The host provided a lovely welcome pack so we could enjoy a cuppa on arrival and eggs on toast for breakfast. There was also a bottle of wine.

Negative: It was all good.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Wayside. It is lovely and a short drive from Buckingham, Bletchley and Stowe.

Positive: This was a pretty cottage in a quiet village location yet near the main roads for easy access. The cottage has been sympathetically extended yet retains its old charm retaining many original features such as exposed beams. It has a large attractively laid-out garden. We found it spotlessly clean with every appliance anyone could expect. The linen and beds were of a high standard. It wanted for nothing. We really enjoyed staying at the cottage and are considering another booking when the weather is warmer. With thanks Richard

Positive: This is a lovely cottage set in its own gardens in an excellent location for exploring Buckinghamshire. 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms one being a shower room. Plenty of space inside with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Parking off road. We didt want for anything. Would definately return. Easily in reach of Oxford, Bicester shopping village and Bletchley Park. We did all 3 from the cottage, Small butchers in the village for bread and meats etc. In the better weather the gardens would be lovely with patio areas to enjoy the sun. Totally private at the back in the gardens.

Negative: Could do with shelving in the showers for shower gels etc. You had to place on the floor.

Summary: Fabulous Cottage set in Beautiful Gardens. Would definately recommend. We will return.

Positive: Very well equipped kitchen, cozy rooms, comfy mattresses , amazing living and dining room and enough bathrooms. The cottage was much bigger than we expected, there is nice garden and its close to Silverstone if you are fan of motorsport.

Negative: There’s nothing that we didn’t like!
