Positive: Tracey, the owner and host, simply cannot do enough for her guests, she is wonderfully attentive and such a personable person. She engages with her guests with a passion creating a friendly welcoming atmosphere. This is a new venture for her and she gives it 100%. The place is absolutely spotless and I cannot recommend staying here enough. Wish we had stayed longer than two nights but hope we can get back much sooner than later.

Positive: We had a lovely stay at Wayside Cottage. The room felt completely brand new, beautifully finished and incredibly cosy. The bed was especially comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. Having a fridge in the room was also a really thoughtful touch. Tracey was such an accommodating host throughout my stay and made me feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and a perfect start to the day. I am already looking to book again

The location is nestled in a gorgeous village it is the perfect spot for those seeking beauty and tranquility. What truly made our experience unforgettable, however, was the owner. She is a truly special person—incredibly attentive, welcoming, and genuine. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We wish her nothing but the very best for the future of this beautiful place. Highly recommended! Praises for the bed as well: one of the comfiest in Scotland.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, very well set and very clean. The beds were super comfortable and made for a great night's sleep.
