Summary: Overall, a nice stay at this property. Plenty of everything you might need - the description of what is provided is accurate. We came in the first night after dark though, and the house number was hard to see as it is small and the grass around it was high. The gate to the community is located along the steep grade going up, and accessing the keypad to open the gate can be a bit of a challenge. The house has plenty of space and sleeping accommodations. Our party included a number of folks with asthma though, so the basement/den (which includes 5 of the beds) was underutilized for sleeping and general use by the whole group due to a distinct odor of mildew.

Summary: Our family had a great stay at this cabin! Beautiful view and great space for us all. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The downstairs "kids room" was definitely a lot colder than the rest of the house, but there were plenty of blankets provided. The driveway could use a little larger sign to be clearly labeled, but the neighborhood was nice and quiet. There were 2 nice tables on the porch that weren't shown in the pictures, but we enjoyed eating, playing games, and bird watching outside with the beautiful view.

Summary: Check in was easy, view was wonderful. House was clean except for the large amount of black mold found in basement. Unable to reach contact personnel after storm and internet went out.

Summary: We spent 4 nights in July during a visit from my brothers family. The cabin is great! All the details were well done. Everyone had their space, which was great on rainy days. Not a bad drive to Gatlinburg or Asheville. Very convenient to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. We all loved it and would stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at settlers cabin. The cabin was very clean and has everything that we needed for our weekly stay. The only real complaint that we have is that the beds are not that comfortable. You can tell that they are old and well used because you can feel the springs in the mattress in the basement and the spare room on the main floor had a very lumpy mattress. Besides that it was a great cabin with an amazing view of the mountains.

Summary: We rented this house with our 4 children and 2 sets of grandparents. Everyone loved the beautiful views, layout, and big front porch. The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable. The downstairs unit was a bit difficult to figure out how to heat, but overall the stay was amazing. The kids enjoyed the play room. The house was also close to many amazing hikes. The host was easy to contact and so accommodating. We would stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!
