One pass allocated to one member of a family to use to the Rec Center for free access. The owner provides you a guest pass which allows access to the Rec Center. Additional guests pay on weekends $20/per adult, $7/per child pn weekdays $10/per adult, $5/per child. The Rec Center has outdoor tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts and indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna , game room, gym, outdoor pools and jacuzzi.There are walking trails throughout the Estates for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.
The Ski Lodge is opened in the winter for skiing, entertainment and food. Lounge opened daily and pub style food served seaonally.

Summary: Great little condo, cute and cozy. Affordable place 15 minutes to great ski mountain. The little mountain there wasn’t really open, unfortunately. However, the did state that next season the maybe getting snowmaking abilities. I would definitely recommend.

Summary: Wonderful and charming property. Proximity to ski resorts is great and the town of Campton many things to offer. My only note on the location is that for winter travel it’s a very steep and windy climb up to the location. Just something to be aware of if there is a winter storm.

Summary: We spent two nights in order to do some skiing. Plenty of room for us and our 3 kids. Condo has everything you need - towels, linens, etc. The kids enjoyed a dip in the pool after skiing. We would stay here again for another weekend of skiing.

Summary: Condo was adorable…location was good. Truly it was the lack of snow that was the biggest pitfall. The little mountain there would have been perfect for my 10 year old daughter to perfect her snowboarding. The mountain unfortunately had little snow but the “bunny hill” was open. I would absolutely stay there again…later in the season though.The rec center was good. If you go after 5pm it’s half price…and worth it. This worked well for us because we went there after the area ski mountains closed for the day. We lost power for a couple hours and Jen the owner called providing an update for It’s expected restoration. Overall it was a great experience I’d absolutely recommend it.

Summary: We live in Florida now, moved from Waterville 8 years ago. It was nice to see snow but we're a little too old to enjoy it much. This condo has everything you need. The host Jen was easy to get a hold of and very helpful.
