🐙 THE JELLYFISH BEACH HOUSE 🦑
The ultimate family holiday house.
The 4 bedroom beach house is set up with fun and relaxation in mind. You’ll have exclusive use of an awesome games room with air hockey, NBA Jam, arcade games with hundreds of free play games and Pool Table. Outside is a Ninja Course, Trampoline, Table Tennis, Pool and Waterslide pumping out plenty of water to provide hours of fun. For the adults we have amped up the relaxation factor and installed a zero gravity massage chair.
There is also a fully equipped sports shed with kayaks, surf boards, tennis rackets and soccer balls. The large fully fenced backyard area has a trampoline and Ninja course.
The two separate living areas have
plenty of couch space - each lounge has a TV where you can access Netflix and Stan* and unlimited fast WiFi is also provided. (*using your own logins)
The brand new kitchen has a coffee maker and all appliances including dishwasher. The laundry has washer and dryer. The outdoor alfresco dining table seats 10 and a BBQ is also provided.
If you want to venture away from the house, all within 600m is the beach , cinemas, restaurants and kawana shopping world. It’s just 100m to playground and park with BBQ and 300m to canal access.
The Jellyfish Beach House accommodates up to 16 people and is ideal for 2-3 families to enjoy. We also provide all high quality bed linen and bath towels.
The house is pet friendly for outside pets at $35 per pet per night. Dog bowls are provided. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches close by.
For families with babies and toddlers, the property contains a high chair and portacot. There is also an abundance of toys, blocks, etc to keep youngsters entertained.

All Linen is provided with the exception of beach and pool towels.
Bedroom one has 1 queen size bed.
Bedroom two has 1 queen size bed.
Bedroom three has 1 double bed and 1 single bed

PARTY POLICY
The house is set up for kids and families. It is not suitable for larger groups of adults. Please enquire via the Stayz/Vrbo app if you’re not sure the house is suitable and we will get straight back to you.
A few quite drinks at our property (or a small birthday party with ONLY those guests who are actually staying at the property) is perfectly fine.
However, we do have a strict no party policy. (By "party" we mean, noisy or some people having too much to drink or damaging the furniture/equipment or house or inviting people over who were not included in the booking ). Please note that the neighbors on 3 sides have the owners phone number and will advise if there is a party at the house. If a party does occur at the house (the owner will visit the house to verify this) and there may be an immediate eviction and a complete loss of bond.
If you would like to host a children’s birthday party there is a park with a fenced playground less than 150m from the property which would be perfect for this.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS - As we are in a residential neighborhood with young families there is a strict no noise policy after 10pm and request after this time you come inside the property.

Summary: We stayed as a group of 15 people. 9 children and 6 adults. It was the perfect house for us all. Had everything we needed and more! Can not recommend highly enough!

Summary: We spent a few nights at Jellyfish house & really enjoyed our time. The games room was amazing! Kept the kiddies occupied especially on rainy days whilst the grown ups enjoyed a massage in the 2 massage chairs. The pool with the waterslide would be great during warmer times of the year. Overall house has everything you need and is in a central location to many different things. Kids have already asked when can we go there again.

Summary: This property was a massive hit with the whole group! We go away every year as a group of families and this year topped the lot across the board. The house was big enough and well set out so that everybody had their own space. The highlight was the waterslide that was loved by everybody and got a heavy workout. The games room was a very close 2nd and had adults and kids both lining up for goes on the wide range of games. Absolutely loved our stay and will look to come back again next year if its available!

Summary: This property catered for all our needs for a family holiday. There was so much entertainment with the pool and games room. Great location with a bus stop close by and easy walking to beach or shopping centre. Amanda, our host replied promptly to our enquiries. Highly recommend!

Summary: Our dad has been fighting terminal cancer for quite a few years and we now have limited time left with him. One thing he always wanted to do was go on a big family holiday with mum, my two sisters, their husbands and all of our kids. Both dad and mum love to holiday up the sunshine coast so I thought I'd see what might be available for the 16 of us. The Jellyfish House came up and it looked amazing catering for families in particular. From the beginning when i sent the booking request to Amanda (our host) she was very friendly and more than accommodating allowing us an early Check in and late check out so it made things a bit easier for my dad being able to rest and not rush. This house has everything to keep the kids and adults entertained. The pool and waterslide was a hit along with the games room, toys, trampoline and ping pong table....(i don't know who enjoyed it more the kids or adults lol). This place really is set up for multiple families with portacots, high chairs, change table, plenty of inside and outside seating and toys/ games/play and sports equipment galore! The shopping centre and supermarket is only a 2 minute drive away which is very convenient. Thank you for allowing us to make some beautiful happy memories with our dad in your wonderful home. We hope to be able to stay again sometime soon. We had the most wonderful time and it meant the world to us all especially my dad.

Summary: Amanda’s place is perfect for a group of families to explore the Sunshine Coast. Heaps of extras to keep the kids busy with kayaking, backyard cricket, beach gear and a well appointed games room. Location is great, away from the busy highrise areas, but a short walk to a big shopping Centre and beach and easy access to regular buses if you don’t have a car. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.
