Positive: Super location with great view. Extremely comfortable, warm and with everything we needed. Ideal space for a couple and plenty of space for our needs.
Negative: Parking 10 minutes away, but we knew that and we could drop stuff off first. Long stay charges are quite reasonable too.

Positive: The location was perfect. The beautiful view of the estuary and out to sea. The foot ferry across the river Fowey was just a couple of minutes walk away. Outstanding facilities and comfort.
Negative: Absolutely nothing. Well, maybe the walk up to the car park. However, we only used the car 2 out of the 7 days as ferries and local bus served us well on coastal walks.
Summary: Perfect getaway in November!
