Positive: Appealing decor and location. Main floor furnishings comfortable for a party of six.

Negative: Kitchen needed more dishes such as dinner, plates, bowls, dessert plates. Downstair bedroom needed night stand, dresser, and chair. The Bed was extremely uncomfortable. All glass fixtures and lamps needed cleaning and polishing. It would be nice to have a drop coffee pot available.
