Summary: The property was lovely but needed to provide manuals for the oven. The outdoor area was not cleaned very well however the house itself was very tidy and clean

Summary: House not as clean as could be. Fridge dirty. TV upstairs only one channel because antenna is rabbit ears. Down stairs TV not smart so cannot connect apps. Woken at 6am by trucks in and out of nearby construction area next door. Workmen arrived at 9am and turned on music and chipped away at front wall of front fence 1 metre from front bedroom. Unable to use driveway. When spoke to owner he just said I will ring and make sure you can use garage while work is being carried out. Stated in lease to vacuum upstairs before leaving but vacuum supplied was cutting in and out of operation. In my opinion house is not ready to be rented out as construction not complete. Couldn’t insert pics.
