The two-bedroom holiday home is very well presented, offering four guests a high standard of accommodation in a location you'll adore. It's in the Arnside & Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the hamlet of Sandside, just over the water from the southern Lake District and within a short drive of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Forest of Bowland AONB.

Summary: Easy and quick communications with Julie and Gareth, answering all our queries. Lovely house with stunning views over River Kent. Appreciated the utensils in the kitchen as well as tea and coffee! Very nicely appointed, balconies were magnificent! Would be useful to have more guest shelves in the bathroom and, for us anyway, firmer mattresses. Hadn't realised parking was in an access road used by large lorries and backing onto a quarry. Great spot from which to investigate both Dales and Lakes. Would definitely like to return. Thanks for a good stay.

Summary: Beautiful cottage in excellent location with the most wonderful views. Cottage has everything you could need and more! Super comfy bed, lovely decor and furnishings, nice verandah to enjoy and take in the surroundings. A very pretty and functional home, would love to stay again!
