Positive: Beautiful location with great access to Wroxham. House was clean, comfortable with a lovely view of the river. Ample parking for 3 cars. No WiFi access but although frustrating at times, meant we all spent less time looking at screens and more time taking in the view! Host was lovely, great communication. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: Location was exceptional. Standard of cleanliness was also excellent and nice to see the introduction of hand towels, tea, coffee and milk and chocolate cookies as a welcome pack. Bed was very comfy with wonderful views.

Negative: Didn't enjoy using a meter to pay for electricity. Needed an awful lot of £1 coins in spite of not using two of the bedrooms, and difficult to obtain as no local banks. Smoke alarm in kitchen was not working although this was fixed the following day. Some of the external woodwork needs attention.e.g. side gate, meter box and balustrade.

Summary: Beautiful location watching the local wildlife and boats. Appreciated all the hard work.

Positive: Lovely house right on the river in the centre of wroxham . Hosts were great .

Negative: The oven was challenging . On this occasion we had ill members of the group so wanted to stay in and cook and the oven wasn’t reliable .

Positive: Location was lovely, quiet and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings. Accommodation was good.

Negative: Surprised by paying extra for electricity. The accommodation was not cheap so the presence of the electricity pay as you go meter was a shock but as it worked out, not too expensive. With mobility issues the uneven steps at the side were a challenge, however a thoughtful ramp on the left was a great facility and I had no problems moving around the property. Recommended for anyone with some limited mobility.

Positive: The setting is superb. Loved watching all the birds and passing boats. Cottage is very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Within walking distance to Roy's food hall. Will certainly return. Highly recommended.

Negative: Paying for the heating and hot water by meter was not a problem. But some instructions on how exactly to operate the meter would be helpful. Need to mention that no towels are provided.

Negative: Perhaps a few more bits needed in the kitchen like sponges and tea towels. Two twin rooms and one double would have worked better for us.
