Positive: The view from our room was great overlooking Lake Macquarie
Negative: Huge Balcony area but no BBQ to cook on, very noisy right on main road .

Positive: The location. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. If not for the issue listed below, I would have felt satisfied with the stay. Had someone contacted me afterwards with advice the issue would be mentioned in the property listing for future guests to see, I would have chosen not to leave the feedback that I have.
Negative: HUGE drawback was only one key fob. Massively inconvenient, particularly as you need it to use the lifts, access the car park, access the pool, and return from the pool area. We rented and paid the premium cost due to being in a large family group, including older teens. The logistical nightmare of various parties coming and going detracted from the experience. I contacted the company who manage it (the women staff were very kind) to see if we could obtain another fob, as it was apparent early on it was a problem, they were apologetic and said there is only one- they suggested leaving it in the letterbox in between but that did not work as couldn't access the car garage or drop it in after getting the car out as the letterbox far removed from the carpark. I had an incident where I wasn't in possession of the key and needed to exit the building. I incorrectly assumed that I could get to the ground floor to exit from within the complex without a key. The lift doors closed, and the lift would not move without the fob. I tried to use the open door button, but despite being stationary still on the same floor, it would not open. My next thought was to try the phone button in the lift to seek assistance. It did not work. It only made a ringing noise. I then thought I would call a family member to return to open the lift from the outside...only to find no phone reception inside the lift. It was midway through a 32c day, and I had no water. I became very hot very quickly. Being the middle of the day, there was no one else using the lift. I resorted to banging and crying out for help and, after a time, was rescued by a workman. I am not claustrophobic, but due to the heat and length of time, I became quite upset and distressed. I wrote this in a message via Booking.com, stating my experience and highlighting the inconvenience and potential dangers of the lack of additional fob key. Also, I contacted the company via a direct phone call.
