Positive: The house and the garden are amazing, there are all the supplies you might need (groceries, paper towels etc.), lots of wall art, books, kids toys, CDs and DVDs. There are electric blankets, a large fridge and even a non-plastic electric kettle. It's nice to see and hear so many birds around the property too.
Negative: The property itself is perfect. It would be great if the local council installed some street lights on the main Warners Bay Rd, because the turn from this road to the Old Warners Bay Rd is easy to miss in the dark, especially when you are being blinded by the oncoming traffic and tailgated by the cars behind you.
