Welcome to our luxurious waterfront retreat on the Calcasieu shipping channel in Hackberry, Louisiana, just under 2 hours from Houston! This exquisite property accommodates up to 20 guests, including the pier camp. Experience the ultimate fishing getaway with unparalleled amenities.
The main house has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds each and a master bedroom with a king bed and a queen murphy bed. Each bedroom has its own private bath and 50” HD television. You will find all bedrooms are equipped with USB ports for charging all of your devices.
The kitchen boasts a large island with seating for 4 in addition to the dining table which can accommodate 8 people. For the consummate chef, it is equipped with double ovens, a gas stove, a microwave, and a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer combo.
There is room for everyone to get comfortable. The living room has 2 large sofas and 2 lounge chairs which are centered on a 65” smart tv over the fireplace. In addition, there is a small bar table with seating for 3. One can always relax and enjoy the outdoors with the furnished covered porch on the main house level which overlooks the water of the shipping channel or in the ground level living space which is furnished with sofa seating, a 55” HD tv, and a gas grill. There is a ½ bath located on the ground level for convenience.
The pier camp which is located on the private pier is a large studio apartment with full kitchen and bath which can sleep 4 in custom XL bunk beds. There is a furnished screened in porch with a 55” HD tv and a gas grill.
Both kitchens are fully furnished with cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses, and cups. Keurig coffee makers, dishwasher, drying rack, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and dish soaps are all provided. All bedrooms have linens, blankets, and pillows. The bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, and hand soap available. The laundry room is in the main house and has a washer and dryer with fabric softener and detergent for renter use.
This camp is equipped with an exterior cargo elevator to aid in luggage and grocery transport. Renters have access to 2 boat lifts, a 700-pound ice machine, fish cleaning tables, and lighted night fishing platform dock. There is ample parking in front of the camp for vehicles and boat trailers.

Summary: My friends and I rented the house for our fantasy football draft party weekend. It was perfect! Some guys went fishing… Others played golf… a few just hung out at the house. It was a great time. They have everything you need. The house is perfectly clean and the owner was great. We would rent it again for sure!

Summary: Can't say enough how awesome this place is, from location to all the amenities. They had enough room for my entire family, each with their own bedroom and bathroom, even with a bunk house on the dock with AC, bathroom, shower, and stove! We had a grand time fishing from the dock during the day as well as with the green lights shining down on the water @ night. Tons of room for yard games, grilling, and hanging out. Bring your boats as there was plenty of room for that too! The owner is top notch and was quick in communication and very welcoming. Very clean in and out with tons of amenities. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Great long wharf with a living quarters to hang out and cook on. Located at center of lake with bait and launches close by. Every room has a bathroom! Brian was easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend. Can’t go wrong.
