Summary: Excellent stay. The narrow river in the backyard was so peaceful and calming . Safe and close to most restaurants. Newport is only 25 mins away.

Summary: Well appointed home, well stocked kitchen, outdoor space is beautiful. Kayaking was so much fun. Location is wonderful. We visited Newport, did the cliff walk and had a delicious breakfast at belles, all dog friendly. Looking forward to returning. Karen is a wonderful host!

Summary: A fantastic stay from the initial Vrbo request to check-out from the property. The property owner, Karen, was wonderful to work with when answering questions about mobility features as well as when we had an lockout situation. Special thanks to her property manager, Jenn, who helped us gain access! The property is as advertised, situated on the Pettaquamscutt River which is beautiful to arise to and view the sunset. Overall, the property is well-maintained, stocked fir every need, and in proximity to Newport, Jamestown & plenty of restaurants. While the loft is a bit difficult to walk (I’m 5’9”), we enjoyed the house & riverfront views.

Summary: House was great. Property was well maintained and clean. Kitchen well appointed. Comms with owner were prompt. We had everything we needed (and then some!) to enjoy family time on the water…memories were made and look forward to going back in the warmer months!
